Package A

Once a Loan Officer completes an initial application with a client (Plus has Purchase Contract), the Loan Officer is responsible for notifying Hancock Processing LLC. Hancock Processing will Import the loan into the Lender’s portal & disclose the initial disclosures within 24 hours to the client. Hancock Processing is responsible for retrieving the initial documents needed from the client if the Loan Officer does not already have them:
  • Two Pay Stubs
  • Two years of W-2’s
  • Driver’s License
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Homeowners Insurance
  • Two years of Tax Returns if applicable
  • Homeowners Association if applicable

Package B

The Loan Officer will be responsible for disclosing, verifying the disclosures have been signed and initial client docs. At this point, the Loan Officer is responsible for notifying Hancock Processing the file is ready for Underwriting. Then Hancock Processing will submit the loan to Underwriting and see it through Disbursement.

Package C

Same as Option B but no client contact. Hancock Processing will advise the LO of anything needed from the client.
